Pastoral Letter from Fr. Vincent
Dear Beloved People of God,
I am happy to be back in Divine Mercy Parish following my visit home. My time away provided much needed rest and has rejuvenated my commitment to each of you and to Divine Mercy Parish. I have grown more committed to creating a culture of transparency and accountability to help form our identity to ensure our continuity as a vibrant and strong parish community.

As I discern what is required to build up the church, it is clear that changes will need to happen. Everything in life will change at some time and that change is a sign of life and growth. We can think of the tiny mustard seed - it must change to be transformed into a giant tree.
Please be prepared for change as we enhance and increase transparency and accountability within our operations and ministries. It is okay if we are uncomfortable with change. It is okay to question why. You should bring these questions to me or to the Parish Leadership Team. This is where transparency and accountability begin.
I would like to take this time to thank everyone who participates in building up our strong parish community. It is the commitment of our many volunteers who make this community strong and vibrant. Indeed we are the Lord’s Church. We will be reaching out over the coming weeks to invite you to join, lead, and participate. I hope you will take time to discern and be ready. Your brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ are counting on all of us to ensure a vibrant future for Divine Mercy Parish.

I am humbly asking for your support and prayers as we move forward.
Fr. Vincent
