Family Faith Formation Update

Divine Mercy Parish is dedicated to providing faith formation to everyone in the Parish, from children to adults. With the loss of Brother Grant, we are making preparations to fill the position of Faith Formation Coordinator. In the meantime, we will be proceeding with many of our programs, some perhaps with a delayed start. We are asking parents of children from Grades Primary to 12 to register their children for this year's programs so we can adequately prepare. Registration forms are available online and at the back of each church this weekend. We would kindly ask that you complete the registration forms and return them to the Parish office. Forms completed electronically can be emailed to admin@divinemercyparish.ca, they can be left with the Sacristans at each church, or placed in the collection basket during Mass.

REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN. Please complete the forms and leave them with the Parish Office, or complete electronically to the Parish Office email.

Thank you for your patience and prayers while we navigate this transition.

Call for Catechists

Divine Mercy Parish is seeking volunteers to help with our catechetical program this year, particularly at the elementary level and for sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. Please contact Fr. Vincent or email the Parish Office admin@divinemercyparish.ca if the Lord has called you to do this important work. We would like to thank those who have already stepped forward - for their time, talent, and dedication to spread the Word of God to and through our children.

Engage with our

Youth Group

The Divine Mercy Parish Youth Group, starting on October 23, gathers every other Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30 PM at St. John XXIII church hall for a time of prayer and activities. We invite parents to sign-up to provide snacks and refreshments.

We share in the outreach ministries for the Backpack Program at St. Clements, Carefree Clothing Giveaway at St. Andrews, and Margaret's House to feed the hungry.

Our youth leaders help build up the faith in catechesis for youth through
interactive fun games, music and small groups!

If you wish to join the youth group, please contact Monique Mackenzie
